I sent an official email to Ionnex, to seek clarification from them. In my opinion, everyone deserve a chance to explain. They may or may not turn out guilty. Below is the contents of my email to them.

Dear Ionnex,
there has been complaint about your company offering SMS spamming service. A post was made way back to 27 Feb 2010 about your company's activity.

May I asked,
1. How do you collect your so called client's mobile phone number?
2. If you do collected them legally, is there any prove to it? How do you encourage them to sign up and wanting to receive sms from you?
3. If a person's mobile phone number is in your database, can they opt out as easy as the way they opt in? How one can opt out then? Please explain.
This email is published on my blog and at the mean time, shall await for your reply.
regards
