every spammer labelled their spamming activities "marketing", "email marketing" or "great hot deal bargain".
So long as you send one unsolicited email to someone you don't know to offer a commerical offering where in the first place the email recipient does not opt-in into your commercial emailing list - you're spamming.
And if you get someone to teach you how to google correctly, that's the worldwide recognise definition of spamming and its not a definition of mine own.
Your replied is published as fairness to you and your company as what ever you wrote is released to the public. As to your company's image and the image your goodself carry can only be judge by the public, your associates and those web designers you spammed whether they would want to continue to support you.
If one were to ask me whether you're guilty, off course the evidence is evident. Well, my job to expose Malaysian spammers ends here, to support or not to support, to associate or disassociate is up to individual to judge you and your company.
