ReplyDeletedoes this mean that i cant stop receiving this sms. cause i think its using my credit, RM3. i usually dont have credit and all they send at 1pm is 'sorry, your account balance is not sufficient to do this transaction'. and when i topup the other day, RM3 is deducted, i think its because of this sms. is there any way i can stop it? i really dont want to change my number.
yes, that is scam and I am in this situation now. You still will get it even if you don't reply to. So now, inform you CS like Digi, Maxis or any and ask them from which company that charges you, stop this subscription (even if you never subscribe it). Call this company and push them until they give you your money back.
ReplyDeleteRemember, because this is scam, of course they would try to make it look it is not, but then you paid for nothing. So, be strict to them, ask for refund.
and by the way, the name of the company is Mcom-->http://mcommsg.com/ and they will try to convince you that you have subscribe before even if you confirm that you not. There this girl will answer your phone, maybe in malay, and then in english. If you think it's hard to debate in English, just speak broken english or ask them speak malay. Ask for refund.
