Comment: This unethical night club is located at the city center of Kuala Lumpur.  They are in the opinion all citizen are drunkie, sex manics and drugs addicts. 

Their website clearly shows they're using this low ethic means to spam to make publicity.  Clearly visible on their site (http://www.clubquattro.com/), they ask visitors how they find out about them and one of the suggesting answer is sms.

Anyone had the phone number and email of minister of Malaysia?  Enter all of them at this site.  Let the o'powerful feels how its like to endorse spammers and allow ministers of Malaysia have a tastes of their own medicine.
